About the Role

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards, especially for large shafts, excavation, and SEM tunnelling. • Serve as the primary liaison between contractors, site supervisors, and project engineers to resolve issues and align project objectives. • Enforce safety protocols and monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations for heavy civil and tunnelling work, conducting inspections and corrective actions. • Prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports, documenting site conditions, inspections, test results, and incident reports. • Identify and resolve on‑site engineering and construction challenges, particularly those related to excavation and SEM tunnelling.

What You Bring

• Possess at least ten years of heavy civil construction experience, focusing on large shafts, excavation, and tunnelling. • Demonstrated experience with Sequential Excavation Method (SEM) tunnelling, TBMs, shotcrete lining, and shaft construction. • Strong communication skills to act as a liaison among contractors, supervisors, and engineers. • Proven track record of enforcing safety protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Excellent reporting abilities and capacity to maintain comprehensive on‑site records. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve engineering and construction issues in excavation and tunnelling projects.
