About the Role
• Deliver high‑quality, efficient mechanical designs for health, defence, transport, sports, data centre and other complex building projects across ANZ. • Lead technical design and project delivery on major client projects, conducting senior‑level reviews and design assurance. • Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality, rigor and on‑time delivery. • Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to review calculations, specifications, drawings and documentation. • Mentor and support junior engineers in producing high‑quality mechanical design deliverables.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in building services and hold relevant professional registration. Strong technical design skills, knowledge of Australian standards and the ability to build client relationships are essential. Leadership, communication and a proactive mindset are valued, and Australian citizenship or prior defence clearance is advantageous. • Possess 12+ years of building services consultancy or senior/project engineering experience, preferably with RPEV and CPEng registration. • Demonstrated expertise in Australian Standards, building services systems and strong client relationship management. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring abilities with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement. • Australian citizenship or prior Defence clearance is highly regarded.
