About the Role
The executive assistant will provide high‑quality administrative, organizational, and communication support, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Responsibilities include obtaining and preparing information for conferences, speeches, reports and presentations, editing and designing documents, and conducting accurate data entry for executive‑level materials. The role also involves owning and managing the executive’s agenda, scheduling meetings, workshops and travel itineraries, and acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders. The assistant will receive, screen and relay telephone and email messages, prioritize communications, and ensure timely escalation and follow‑up on critical items. • Provide executive‑level administrative support to the Head of CP&O & Deputy CFO. • Manage the executive’s agenda, schedule meetings, workshops, and travel logistics. • Prepare, edit, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and reports. • Act as gatekeeper, screen calls and emails, and prioritize communications. • Coordinate conferences, speeches, and ensure timely follow‑up on critical items. • Navigate internal financial workflows, authorizations, and compliance procedures.

What You Bring
A strong understanding of internal processes such as financial workflows, authorization procedures and controls is required to anticipate needs and ensure compliance. The candidate must demonstrate high professionalism, initiative, excellent time‑management, prioritization and multitasking skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream and at least eight years of relevant experience, with proven stakeholder‑management capabilities in a fast‑paced, global matrix environment.
