About the Role

In this position you will lead a large, multi‑office team in the design of multi‑million‑dollar infrastructure programs, develop and execute the business plan, and build the municipal team. You will also collaborate with business development to secure new work, represent Parsons with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet or exceed established goals. • Lead, grow and develop municipal engineering teams across multiple offices. • Manage day‑to‑day project operations, including scheduling, work assignments, and quality assurance. • Oversee preparation of technical reports, project execution, health and safety, and QA/QC plans. • Drive business development by preparing proposals and marketing services to provincial, regional and municipal clients. • Represent Parsons with clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and in public meetings. • Monitor budgets, schedules, and scope; implement corrective actions for cost overruns or delays. • Ensure technical and commercial excellence through rigorous quality assurance processes.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. • Possess at least 15 years of engineering experience, including 8 years in technical leadership roles. • Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and supervise large multidisciplinary teams. • Strong written and oral communication skills with knowledge of provincial and municipal standards. • Proficient in specialized engineering and assessment software.
