About the Role
The Project Delivery Manager assists, supports and drives the planning and execution of transformation projects across JLL, coordinating team members and third‑party contractors to deliver on schedule and within budget. The role can be performed independently or alongside senior Program Managers through initiation, execution, formal closure and review, and may also manage the human aspects of change. • Engage company‑wide stakeholders to understand objectives and advise on problems. • Support delivery of transformational program benefits from start to finish. • Perform stakeholder analysis and maintain effective relationships per engagement plan. • Lead or support project activities, plans, schedules, and resource/training needs. • Manage project execution to deliver tangible outcomes for business and support functions. • Support knowledge‑management efforts with clients and the team. • Coordinate communication activities related to projects and changes. • Identify additional transformation opportunities within the business area. • Apply project‑management disciplines and improve related processes and documentation. • Identify and mitigate resistance risks, ensure readiness for change, and develop mitigation plans. • Help build project‑ and change‑management capabilities across JLL. • Influence and collaborate across all organizational levels to achieve common goals. • Structure, staff and manage projects to ensure clarity, timely execution and corrective action.

What You Bring
• Professional experience, preferably with top‑tier strategy consulting or transformation‑focused firms. • Proven track record delivering major projects or change initiatives from concept to delivery. • Strong analytical and program‑management skills. • Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with P&L and balance‑sheet concepts. • Diverse industry and functional background, preferably with exposure to global real‑estate markets. • Ability to design, gain alignment and execute significant transformation initiatives. • Exceptional communication and active‑listening skills; convey messages to varied audiences. • Structured problem‑solving approach with focus on root‑cause analysis and sustainable change. • Resilient, tenacious, adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguous situations.
