About the Role
In this role you will support Team Leaders and Service Leaders on real‑estate‑led developments, taking day‑to‑day delivery responsibility with minimal supervision. You will deliver accurate, timely work using JLL best‑practice tools and technology, translate client briefs into actionable plans, and collaborate on Cost Management assignments. Compliance with business risk, scope of service and project delivery parameters is required, as is capturing and sharing knowledge to drive service improvement and innovation. • Support Team Leaders and Service Leaders in real‑estate development delivery • Manage day‑to‑day tasks with minimal supervision and ensure timely, accurate outputs • Utilize JLL best‑practice tools and technology, including CostX where applicable • Translate client or senior manager briefs into actionable plans • Collaborate on Cost Management assignments and act as a strong team player • Ensure compliance with business risk, scope of service and project delivery parameters • Capture, share knowledge and contribute to service improvement and innovation • Represent JLL professionally and uphold company standards

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with approximately two to four years of experience, preferably in cost management. Working knowledge of CostX is an advantage and some fit‑out experience is desirable. A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma) is required. • 2–4 years of cost‑management experience (fit‑out experience desirable) • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma)
