About the Role
In this role you will supervise site activities, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and provide hands‑on support across daily operations. You will act as a bridge between supervisors, contractors and crew, maintaining clear communication throughout each project. Key duties include leading reticulation and civil construction teams, overseeing daily site tasks, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) systems. You will also assist with training and upskilling team members to enhance capability. • Lead and support teams on reticulation and civil construction projects. • Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safe, efficient, high‑standard work. • Operate and monitor relevant tools, plant, and equipment. • Maintain strong communication with supervisors, contractors, and team members. • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) systems and procedures. • Assist with training, upskilling, and supporting team capability.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in reticulation or related civil works, strong familiarity with relevant tools and equipment, and the ability to guide and motivate a team. Excellent verbal and written English, a commitment to HS&E standards, and a valid Class 2 driver’s licence are also required. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in reticulation works or similar. • Experience in civil construction and/or mechanical or electrical fitting. • Strong familiarity with tools, plant, materials, and equipment used in reticulation. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Commitment to HS&E standards, incident reporting, and proper PPE use. • Physically fit; able to walk, bend, and lift heavy items. • Valid Class 2 driver’s licence with WTR and experience driving in varied conditions.
