About the Role

You will work with the Project Operations and Support Group to continue developing tools for the Project Operations Team and other EESS divisions, focusing on Power BI interfaces. Responsibilities include designing interactive dashboards, testing and validating data accuracy, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing performance, documenting processes, and providing training and support to financial and project operations teams. Additionally, you will assist in quality and operational excellence programs, update the Project Operations Handbook on SharePoint, help develop a Quality Assurance manual for major projects, and organize access to standard tools. • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. • Test and validate dashboards to ensure accuracy and meet user requirements. • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Manager, Product Configuration Specialist, Financial Managers, Commercial Project Specialist, and other stakeholders. • Optimize dashboard performance by refining data models and reducing load times. • Document development processes, data sources, and changes for transparency. • Provide training and support to Financial and Project Operations teams on dashboard usage. • Assist in updating the Project Operations Handbook on SharePoint and developing Quality Assurance manuals. • Support Quality and Operational Excellence programs for the Project Operations Team. • Follow required safety practices and manage paperwork and office procedures.

What You Bring

The position requires you to be currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering degree program or an Electrical Engineering Technology diploma program, with 0‑5 years of experience in manufacturing electrical controls or power distribution products. Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, and strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. • Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Engineering Technology diploma program. • 0‑5 years experience with manufacturing electrical controls or power distribution products. • Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
