About the Role

The position supports the division’s growth strategy, with roughly 60‑70% office‑based work and 30‑40% site visits to collaborate with clients and subcontractors, ensuring the schedule is effectively managed and updated in a timely manner. • Plan, monitor and control the programme schedule from contract award to contract completion. • Conduct regular programme and progress meetings to keep the schedule proactively updated. • Enact Earned Value Analysis (particularly SPI) to ensure the programme stays on track. • Provide accurate and timely planning, progress reporting, and critical path analysis. • Drive collaborative planning charts to micro‑monitor programme changes. • Identify and input change control events, producing revised programmes that show milestone impacts. • Conduct workshops to mitigate programme slippage.
