What You Bring
The Contract Analyst will protect SWCA’s interests by drafting, reviewing, and managing client agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and optimizing contractual terms. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to analyze clauses, liaise with internal stakeholders, and maintain contract databases. • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field. • Minimum five years of experience in contract compliance, legal support, or contract administration. • Familiarity with contract terminology, legal document structures, and risk/compliance principles. • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with ticketing or contract management software is a plus. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. • Preferred: experience supporting legal or risk teams and ability to explain complex contract terms to non‑legal stakeholders.
