About the Role

The Maintenance Technician at The Henley, a Cushman & Wakefield property, is responsible for delivering high-quality move-in experiences and ongoing resident satisfaction through timely, courteous service. The role includes preparing make-ready units—painting, carpet repair, cleaning, and general repairs—responding to resident requests, performing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and snow-removal tasks, and maintaining common-area amenities such as grounds, pools, hot tubs, and the dog park, while adhering to fair-housing laws and safety standards. • Prepare make-ready apartments (painting, carpet repair, cleaning, general repairs). • Respond promptly to resident service requests with a professional attitude. • Perform plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal tasks. • Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities. • Participate in on-call rotation for after‑hour emergencies. • Report maintenance concerns in vacant units, model homes, and common areas to supervisor. • Follow state, local, and federal fair housing laws and all safety procedures.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II certification (or local equivalent), have a high school diploma/GED or technical training, and possess at least one year of related experience; competencies include reading technical manuals, basic math, report writing, and the ability to lift up to 100 lb. • Hold a valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification (or local equivalent). • Possess a high school diploma/GED; 1+ year related experience preferred. • Ability to read manuals, compute measurements, write reports, and use common office equipment. • Travel up to 10% between properties and lift/handle up to 100 lb regularly.
