About the Role

The Sales Recruiter role supports this vision by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to meet the company’s talent needs across multiple locations and organizational levels. The position is based in office Monday through Friday and involves full‑life cycle recruiting for various roles, especially Account Executives on the Apartments.com Sales Team. The recruiter acts as the primary liaison for hiring managers, consulting on recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation, and offer presentation. • Build and manage candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, assess qualifications, and close candidates effectively. • Serve as a relationship builder with hiring managers and candidates, driving results with a sales‑oriented mindset. • Expand talent networks aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

What You Bring
• Own full‑life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions, primarily Account Executives on the Apartments.com Sales Team. • Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while staying informed about market trends and business priorities. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nonprofit university or college. • 4+ years of full‑life cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments. • Demonstrated ability to hire sales professionals or Account Executives. • Proven skill in managing requisitions across multiple disciplines and collaborating proactively with hiring managers. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold), LinkedIn Recruiter, social recruiting platforms, job boards, and cold‑calling sourcing methods. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations. • Experience recruiting for corporate and senior‑level management positions. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. • Experience with Workday. • PHR or other relevant HR certifications.
