About the Role
The HVAC Service Technician role focuses on inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems and water heaters while ensuring safety, code compliance, and exceptional customer service. • Perform and train others on preventative maintenance for residential heating, AC, and ventilation equipment. • Assist with sealed‑system HVAC, water‑heater, and advanced appliance repairs as part of training. • Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly explain work and recommendations to homeowners. • Complete all required documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage. • Respond to on‑call emergency situations and work weekends/overtime as needed. • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition. • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

What You Bring
Candidates must bring several years of HVAC experience, required state licenses and EPA‑608 certification, strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends, overtime, and on‑call situations; additional preferred qualifications include five years of experience and NATE certification. • Minimum qualifications: 3+ years HVAC experience (or equivalent training), required state licensing, EPA‑608 Type 2 certification, advanced tool and material knowledge, strong communication and sales skills, valid driver’s license. • Preferred qualifications: 5+ years HVAC experience (or equivalent), NATE certification.
