About the Role
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems, control panels, and electrical circuits • Install, maintain, and service streetlights, parking lot lighting, signage, and control systems using a bucket truck • Test and verify system continuity with ohmmeters, voltmeters, and similar tools • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics • Plan and execute installations that meet code requirements and minimize waste • Respond to emergency service calls as needed • Order materials and parts in compliance with company procedures • Maintain compliance with NEC codes, OSHA safety standards, and local regulations

What You Bring
The Aerial Service Electrician performs service, repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical and lighting systems in commercial, industrial and municipal settings, often operating from a bucket truck or lift. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, safe work habits, and excellent on‑site customer service. Candidates must have at least two years of electrical service experience, including bucket‑truck work, and at least one year in a lead aerial service or sign technician role. Strong diagnostic abilities, professional communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug checks are required; lighting and controls experience is preferred. • 2+ years of electrical service experience, including bucket‑truck work • Minimum 1 year as lead aerial service or sign technician • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Professional communication and customer service abilities • Valid driver’s license; pass background check and drug screen • Lighting and controls experience preferred
