Construction Laborer
Assist on construction sites with cleanup, material handling, and safety tasks.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Clean up the site, load/unload materials (50+ lbs), install property protection, and organize tools/materials. • Assist with sitework such as digging trenches. • Prioritize tasks proactively and determine the next steps. • Follow safety protocols and keep teammates safe. • Maintain job site security for people, tools, and materials. • Occasionally drive a company vehicle (clean motor vehicle report required). • Operate in dusty, uneven, tight or high places (scaffolding, crawlspaces). • Follow directions and perform tasks as required. • Maintain reliable transportation (mandatory) and U.S. work authorization. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with employer profit‑sharing contributions.

What You Bring
• Communicate ideas clearly, be inquisitive, and resourceful. • Work in all weather conditions and lift at least 50 lbs. • Carry basic carpentry tools (hammer holster, utility knife, 30’ measuring tape, cordless drill, gloves, hammer). • Understand job site organization and construction practices. • Have basic knowledge of safety and health procedures (training provided).
