About the Role

The Office Administrator coordinates facility needs and handles administrative overflow. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, travel arrangements, cell‑phone services, vendor and landlord relationships, mail and package distribution, visitor support, event planning, I‑9 verification, and various ad‑hoc tasks. • Monitor and maintain office and break‑room supply inventory. • Oversee travel portal access and book travel as needed. • Manage cell‑phone orders, suspensions, and reporting. • Coordinate with Corporate IT to log and manage office assets. • Order, suspend, and cancel corporate credit cards. • Review expense reports with the accountable manager. • Maintain vendor, service‑provider, and landlord relationships, ensuring timely invoicing and payment. • Handle mail and package shipping/distribution via FedEx, UPS, and US Mail. • Provide general support to visitors. • Participate in planning and executing company events. • Verify I‑9 documentation and assist with HR onboarding. • Assist with administrative overflow, including PC work. • Perform all ad‑hoc office tasks.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED, with a college degree or equivalent experience preferred, and have 1–2 years of office‑manager or administrative‑assistant experience.
