About the Role

The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for accurate picking, packing, checking off and putting away of parts, while contributing to departmental OKRs by selecting the correct items and quantities, highlighting any stock discrepancies and ensuring parts reach production on time and at an acceptable quality level. The role also requires reporting hazards or incidents and compliance with all Health & Safety policies and quality standards. Flexibility to support other logistics functions may be required. Key duties include promoting a proactive, safe working environment, overseeing the administration of the warehouse inventory process, and completing put‑away and kitting activities to the highest quality standards. The operative works with the team to receive, store and kit materials, perform cycle counts, and maintain space utilisation, equipment protection and operating procedures. Timely execution of kitting schedules, participation in toolbox talks, regular housekeeping and scheduled audits are also expected. What You Bring

Essential criteria are previous experience in a warehouse or comparable setting and familiarity with ERP or WMS systems. Desirable qualifications include training and experience with safe operation of forklifts, pallet trucks and other equipment, supported by appropriate licences (e.g., Counter Balance B1, D1 Reach truck).
