About the Role
The Service Technician assists in repairing and overhauling refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices, to meet customer needs efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include general repairs on various systems, preventative maintenance, diagnosing malfunctions, testing components, maintaining accurate work records, processing job tickets, delivering and installing cases, and supporting minor construction projects. The technician also drives a company vehicle safely and performs other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and an EPA certification; vocational or trade school certification is a plus. Required experience includes 1‑2 years of commercial refrigeration work, preferably with convenience stores or supermarkets, and familiarity with single and rack systems, display cases, and walk‑in boxes. A clean driving record, ability to work independently, on‑call availability, and the physical ability to lift 60 lb and stand or sit for extended periods are also required.
