About the Role

The position involves overseeing utility infrastructure projects, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring designs meet engineering standards and client needs. The role also includes managing project schedules, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Lead analysis, design, and construction administration for lift stations, pump stations, tanks, pipelines, and treatment facilities. • Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and seal documents as required. • Conduct independent studies, write clear technical reports, and present findings to clients. • Direct and review work of engineers, technicians, and drafting staff, ensuring schedule and budget compliance. • Provide cost‑estimating data, secure equipment quotes, and develop project scopes, fees, and schedules. • Review contract items with Group Manager and coordinate with other departments and clients. • Investigate and implement new methods and procedures to improve firm and client outcomes.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least four years of engineering experience, and Professional Engineer licensure. • Minimum 4 years related engineering experience; Bachelor’s in Civil, Environmental, or related field; PE licensure required.
