About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Leader for Climate Solutions Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (CSAME) will shape the brand’s voice and market presence across a dynamic region. This high‑impact role partners with business units, geographies, and functions to deliver compelling narratives, impactful campaigns, and strategic insights that elevate Carrier’s brand and business outcomes. In this position, the leader will guide the development of integrated marketing and communications strategies, foster a performance‑driven culture, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include internal storytelling to connect employees with Carrier’s mission, external media and stakeholder engagement, digital marketing oversight, and leveraging market intelligence to inform business decisions. • Develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives across CSAME. • Advise senior leadership using market insights, brand intelligence, and stakeholder feedback. • Lead brand development to ensure consistent, relevant, and resonant messaging across all channels. • Design internal communication programs that boost employee engagement and cultural alignment. • Manage external communications, media relations, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement. • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including web, social media, and digital advertising, using data analytics for optimization. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating insights into actionable strategies. • Provide inclusive leadership across diverse teams and geographies.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and brings proven leadership experience in marketing and communications, ideally within industrial or consumer sectors. They possess deep knowledge of Asia‑Pacific market dynamics, exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of inclusive leadership, strategic thinking, and project delivery in fast‑paced environments. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field; MBA preferred. • Demonstrate proven marketing and communications leadership experience, preferably in industrial or consumer sectors. • Exhibit deep understanding of Asia‑Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances. • Showcase exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. • Possess strong strategic thinking, a global mindset, and ability to localize effectively. • Maintain robust project management skills with a record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
