About the Role
The advisor will plan, execute and deliver engineering support for refineries, terminals, and offshore/onshore assets, develop strategic plans to meet annual objectives, and drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and overseeing large teams, managing revenue, margins and ratios, maintaining customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities. • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of engineering support for refineries, terminals, and offshore/onshore assets. • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual business goals and sustainable growth. • Oversee hiring, training, deployment, and performance excellence of large teams (100+ personnel). • Manage revenue, margins, and utilization ratios while ensuring profitability. • Cultivate customer relationships, handle escalations, and identify new business opportunities. • Align service delivery with contractual SLAs and KPIs in collaboration with operations, engineering, and procurement. • Drive continuous improvement in service quality, performance, and cost efficiency. • Implement digital tools and analytics to enhance customer value proposition and business insights. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols (HAZOP, HSE‑MS) and industry standards (API, ASME, ISO, OSHA).

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Advisor to lead execution and management of service delivery operations across upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas. The role ensures business growth, customer relationships, and high‑quality service delivery in design and drawing office, project services, and plant modification engineering support. A bachelor’s or master’s in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering and at least 17 years of industrial services or engineering delivery experience, including five years in senior leadership, are required. Candidates must have deep knowledge of oil‑and‑gas operations, safety protocols, and standards such as API, ASME, ISO and OSHA, with proven ability to manage large cross‑functional teams and deliver projects profitably. Preferred qualifications include PMP or equivalent certification, experience in plant engineering drawing office and project services, and exposure to international oil‑and‑gas markets and global delivery models. • Hold PMP or equivalent certification and experience in plant engineering drawing office and project services.
