About the Role

The General Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing Badger’s operational business in the assigned region. This role is accountable for creating and executing a one‑year business plan that emphasizes safe operations, excellent customer service, employee retention, and improved financial performance and growth. Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience. • Develop and execute a 1‑2‑year business plan aligned with corporate strategy. • Enhance regional strategic positioning and identify key market and industry segments. • Design and implement operational, financial, and human‑resources plans for the region. • Grow business by targeting sustainable markets and appointing local managers for truck operations. • Expand demand for Hydrovac services through education, awareness, and market development. • Collaborate with the U.S. Finance and Administration Manager on budgeting, financial controls, and performance monitoring.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 10+ years experience in relevant industries such as vacuum/pump trucks or underground utilities. • 5+ years full profit‑and‑loss management experience with multi‑unit and multi‑state responsibilities.
