About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a maintenance team of up to ten members on the weekend day (C‑Shift) at the Redmond facility. The role combines day‑to‑day administrative duties with hands‑on oversight of production support, preventive maintenance, and emergency response. • Supervise a team of up to 10 maintenance employees. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures and checklists. • Manage the work order process and ensure timely completion. • Respond to emergencies and create troubleshooting guidelines. • Design a maintenance strategy that supports production operations. • Schedule proactive maintenance tasks and prioritize work across the team. • Conduct inspections to verify maintenance quality. • Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff. • Coordinate complex maintenance activities and manage subcontractors/vendors. • Forecast parts needs, order inventory, and negotiate pricing. • Ensure availability of necessary tools and equipment. • Identify and implement productivity improvements and cost‑saving measures. • Contribute to the creation of company policies and standard operating procedures.
