Associates must communicate effectively with clients through email, phone, and written correspondence, attend weekly sales training, and fulfill reasonable requests from management. • Greet guests and assess travel interests to recommend suitable vacation options. • Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to generate sales and leads. • Maintain ongoing client communication via email, phone, and written correspondence. • Apply HGV selling concepts and achieve compensation plan targets. • Foster a collaborative environment aligned with core values and policies. • Attend weekly HGVC sales training sessions. • Perform reasonable requests from management. • Resolve complex customer‑service issues in a fast‑paced setting.

What You Bring
Successful candidates should have a valid Florida real estate license (preferred), at least one year of sales and customer‑service experience with a proven track record, and preferably experience in luxury goods or vacation‑ownership sales. They must be flexible to work weekends and holidays, resolve complex service issues, meet compensation goals, be proficient in English, and hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent. • Hold a valid Florida real estate license (preferred). • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer‑service experience with proven success. • Experience in luxury goods or vacation‑ownership sales/marketing. • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking). • High school diploma or equivalent.
