What You Bring
As a Finance/MIS Executive at JLL, you will provide financial and strategic support to client accounts, collaborating closely with the account team to optimize performance and uncover growth opportunities. The role demands strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of financial operations in the commercial real‑estate (CRE) sector. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Proven experience (X years) in a finance role, preferably within the commercial real estate industry. • Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Excel. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, turning data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders. • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to meet tight deadlines. • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and driving results. • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
