About the Role
The role involves expanding distributor and retail coverage, developing area strategies, setting and tracking targets, and ensuring product availability across all relevant channels. Strong relationships with retail partners, distributors and end customers are essential, as is maintaining accurate sales records and handling daily customer concerns. • Expand distributor and retail coverage to maximize business opportunities in the territory. • Develop and execute area strategy aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Monitor and achieve redistribution value and volume goals. • Ensure product availability across all relevant channels through distributors. • Grow the assigned area by adding new outlets and maintaining existing ones. • Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and end customers. • Maintain accurate records for placement, replenishment, and sales execution. • Enforce sales, discount, and trading terms as defined by the company. • Minimize bad goods returns through proactive monitoring. • Support distributors to ensure efficient market coverage. • Address customer complaints promptly on a daily basis.
