Job Highlights
About the Role
The role will create a change‑management framework and deliver training for new systems and processes, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Key duties include assessing training needs, designing programmes, managing budgets, evaluating effectiveness, and collaborating with managers, employees and external vendors. • Lead L&D integration projects, collaborating with change management and integration teams. • Design, implement and deliver training programs for new systems and processes across Europe. • Assess learning needs across business units, considering language and cultural differences. • Develop and maintain the Europe L&D strategy, framework and innovative learning technologies. • Establish talent identification, selection and development processes aligned with global standards. • Manage the regional L&D budget, ensuring cost‑effective allocation of resources. • Oversee full lifecycle of learning programmes from planning through evaluation and improvement. • Source and manage external partners for new training initiatives and convert technical content into learning materials. • Provide direction to global L&D programs and support senior management with talent development. • Supervise remote L&D Coordinators and stay current with L&D trends to continuously innovate.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Psychology, HR Development or a related field. • Minimum 4‑5 years experience in senior L&D roles within an international or real‑estate context. • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning technologies, LMS and multimedia tools. • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and communication skills; fluent English.
