About the Role

The role is responsible for managing master planning, material processes, and systems while preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing requirements. It ensures operational alignment with the production plan and key performance indicators, and continuously optimizes inventory and process improvements. The incumbent regularly redefines processes, collaborates with engineering, planning, and maintenance functions, and leads a small team to execute material allocation that meets project demand. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least four years of manufacturing experience, and possess a minimum of three years’ experience in materials planning and execution. Desired traits include strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities, and the capability to influence others and lead small teams. The individual should be able to drive moderate‑scope initiatives, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate effective problem‑identification, analytical, and organizational skills. A recognized supply‑chain management certification such as APICS is preferred. • Hold a bachelor's degree (or high school diploma/GED with 4 years manufacturing experience). • Minimum three years of experience in materials planning and execution. • Possess a recognized supply‑chain management certification (e.g., APICS) – preferred. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. • Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. • Ability to influence others and lead small teams. • Show proven analytical and organizational capability.
