About the Role

The Concierge provides front‑desk service to residents and visitors, managing building entrances and monitoring traffic flow. They greet guests warmly, keep the lobby bulletin board current, and supply residents with information about services and upcoming city events. Responsibilities include making dinner, theater, and recreation reservations, preparing service requests, coordinating with contractors, and addressing resident questions or concerns. The role also plans and implements social and recreational programs such as movies and game nights, and assists residents with package handling. • Greet residents and visitors while managing building entrance traffic. • Provide information on services, events, and make dining, theater, and recreation reservations. • Coordinate service requests with contractors and maintain the lobby bulletin board. • Organize social and recreational programs such as movies and game nights. • Assist residents with package handling.

What You Bring
