About the Role
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and responsible use of hospitality resources • Track and report on corporate travel usage, spend, and trends across departments and locations • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, or summaries to provide leadership visibility into travel activity • Oversee the planning and execution of hospitality services for internal meetings, company events, and special visitors • Balance multiple requests and priorities while maintaining service quality and reliability • Establish and document hospitality standards, procedures, and best practices • Monitor inventory of hospitality supplies and ensure readiness for upcoming needs • Establish clear expectations, service standards, and accountability for the team • Collect informal feedback from internal stakeholders to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas • Support continuous improvement of travel-related workflows, documentation, and reporting standards • Maintain high standards for presentation, cleanliness, timing, and service quality across all hospitality activities • Own the reconciliation of corporate travel activity, including receipts and supporting documentation from the company’s travel agent • Lead, manage, and support a team of Hospitality Coordinators • Train and onboard new team members to ensure consistency and professionalism • Provide daily direction, task prioritization, and hands-on support as needed • Manage schedules, coverage, and staffing needs to support daily operations and special events • Coordinate hospitality support across multiple departments and facilities as needed • Partner with finance, accounting, and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes • Ensure hospitality experiences are professional, welcoming, and aligned with company culture and expectations • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of travel-related charges and records • Coordinate with vendors (e.g., catering, rentals, supplies) to ensure quality and cost effectiveness • Coordinate logistics such as room setup, catering, refreshments, materials, and event readiness • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching conversations • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and experience quality • Partner with facilities, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and support • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth, stress-free experiences for attendees • Identify patterns, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improved cost control and policy adherence • Foster a culture of hospitality, ownership, teamwork, and attention to detail • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams requesting hospitality support

What You Bring
• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, facilities support, or a related service-oriented role • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • High attention to detail and service quality • Strong people leadership and team management skills • Prior experience leading or supervising people strongly preferred • Strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering excellent experiences • Professional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
