As a Senior Project Manager in GIS at Colliers Engineering & Design in Philadelphia, PA, you will drive complex geospatial projects that transform how communities plan, build, and thrive. This role blends visionary leadership, collaboration, and strategic execution of spatial data solutions. The role includes leading GIS initiatives from concept through delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and maintaining client satisfaction while achieving project profitability. • Manage and review GIS project tasks such as geodatabase design, client workflow assessment, and data collection to ensure client satisfaction and profitability. • Perform quality control, coordinate onsite client tasks, respond to external agencies, and conduct field site visits. • Develop and communicate project and staff schedules to budget managers. • Handle financial duties including invoice preparation, accounts receivable, and profitability analysis. • Oversee multiple projects with competing deadlines and prepare proposals, scopes, schedules, and change orders. • Mentor and develop staff skills necessary for project execution. • Apply standard GIS procedures and contribute to the development of enhanced workflows. • Participate in marketing and business development activities. • Enforce company health and safety policies and procedures. • Utilize Esri apps such as Field Maps, StoryMaps, Survey123, and Workforce for data collection and mapping. • Apply GPS data collection processes and understand regional utility regulations.

What You Bring
Candidates should have advanced education in GIS‑related disciplines, professional certification, and extensive experience with government projects and ArcGIS technologies. • Hold an MS or BS in GIS, Geographic Information Science, Environmental Science, Geology, or Geography. • Possess the Professional GIS (GISP) certification and 10+ years of GIS experience. • Demonstrate project management experience for PA and NJ federal, state, county, and local government clients. • Expertly use ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise; include experience with Esri extensions, App Builder, and ArcGIS Developer tools. • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
