About the Role

The role is located in the paint department and involves supporting delivery schedules while maximizing productivity. Primary duties include setting up equipment such as powder preparation, fire oven operation, and adjusting settings for quality, as well as serving as the department’s primary forklift driver and performing any other assigned tasks. • Operate and maintain paint department equipment, including powder preparation, oven firing, and quality adjustments. • Serve as the primary forklift driver for the department. • Support delivery schedules while maximizing productivity. • Perform all assigned duties in the paint department. • Work in environments with seasonal temperature extremes, dust, and chemical fumes. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company contributions.
