About the Role
The Production Lead will support day‑to‑day production goals by meeting assigned area targets, maintaining line flow, and reducing waste. The role requires close communication with multiple resources to resolve problems, coordinate training and staffing, and act as the primary point of contact for the area team. • Ensure production line meets daily goals and maintains flow. • Communicate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and reduce waste. • Coordinate training, staffing, and act as primary contact for the area team. • Lead operator training on standard work, machine adjustments, and quality standards. • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of production or manufacturing experience with lead responsibilities. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and effective oral and written communication are essential, along with proficiency in work order management and Microsoft Office tools. • High school diploma or GED (preferred). • Minimum 1 year production/manufacturing experience with lead responsibilities. • Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach staff. • Proficiency in work order management and inventory software. • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research. • Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and effective oral/written communication.
