About the Role
• Prepare, format, and distribute procurement documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and bid packages. • Maintain and update accurate procurement records in compliance with procedures. • Organize filing systems for easy retrieval of procurement documentation. • Facilitate communication between procurement staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries promptly. • Monitor and track procurement activities, including requisitions, order fulfillment, and delivery status. • Assist in preparing and issuing RFPs and RFQs. • Keep vendor information current, including contacts, pricing agreements, and performance metrics. • Support vendor evaluation by collecting and analyzing supplier data for selection and performance reviews. • Collaborate with procurement staff to address vendor issues such as price discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns. • Research potential vendors for product specifications, pricing, and availability. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. • Prepare procurement reports, analyzing trends, cost savings, and vendor performance. • Support audit activities by providing required procurement documentation. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.

What You Bring
The role advertised is a Procurement Manager for a large‑scale construction project.
