About the Role

The Senior Director – Occupier Services (Large Accounts) will lead strategic relationships with major occupier clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives across global and regional portfolios. The role is accountable for delivering integrated real‑estate solutions that meet high standards of client service, value creation and operational excellence. • Own and lead relationships with large, complex occupier accounts, engaging senior stakeholders regularly. • Translate client business strategies and real‑estate goals into clear account strategies and service roadmaps. • Oversee account strategy and ensure seamless execution across service lines, meeting scope, budgets, KPIs and SLAs. • Drive innovation using technology, data and best‑practice methodologies to continuously improve service delivery. • Identify and convert new business opportunities, cross‑sell JLL services and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth. • Coordinate internal resources, mentor high‑performing teams and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture. • Ensure financial transparency, commercial governance and proactively manage risks to delivery performance. • Represent JLL as the primary escalation point for strategic, commercial and delivery‑related matters. • Travel as needed to support client meetings, stakeholder engagement and business‑development initiatives.

What You Bring

Success in this position requires deep understanding of client business strategies and real‑estate objectives, translating them into account strategies and service roadmaps, while proactively managing expectations and serving as the primary escalation point for strategic and commercial matters. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and has significant leadership experience managing large occupier accounts in commercial real‑estate or consulting. Proven executive relationship management, strategic planning, technology proficiency and a decisive, results‑oriented mindset are essential. • Required: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with extensive leadership experience managing large occupier accounts. • Demonstrated executive relationship management, strategy development and solution delivery skills. • Proficiency with account and project‑management technology tools and a commitment to continual learning. • Ability to act decisively, think strategically and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
