• Utilize industry‑leading software for bridge structural design, assessment, finite‑element analysis, inspections and renewal feasibility studies. • Perform structural design of new bridge elements from inception through completion. • Conduct bridge assessments, on‑site inspections and finite‑element analyses to evaluate existing structures. • Supervise on‑site works and manage scheme resources, tasks and schedules.

What You Bring
Our Bridges business line is expanding after recent high‑profile wins, and we are seeking ambitious civil and structural engineering graduates with strong computational, mathematical and design skills. Graduates will contribute to projects ranging from concept design to implementation for local, national and international clients, delivering results while enjoying technically challenging work. The role offers exposure to UK and overseas bridge projects in offices across London, Madrid, Italy, the United States and the Middle East, as well as opportunities to assess and maintain the existing UK bridge network or propose renewal works. We emphasize quality, innovation and sustainability, leveraging the latest civil and structural engineering technologies and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Success requires excellence, agility, clear communication, forward‑thinking and global awareness. • Hold a BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (minimum 2:1) or equivalent; MSc/MEng is a plus. • Possess experience or coursework in structural/bridge engineering and a solid technical understanding of civil and structural principles. • Demonstrate interest in bridge engineering and willingness to pursue chartership with ICE or IStructE. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and effective verbal and written communication with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors. • Show enthusiasm, strong work ethic, ambition and the ability to prioritize, collaborate and work independently.
