Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on apartment community systems and units.

About the Role
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and other building systems. • Complete service requests promptly following company standards. • Prepare vacant apartments for rent, including turnkey work. • Perform preventative maintenance on apartments. • Paint interior and exterior surfaces. • Uphold safety by following policies and reporting hazards. • Conduct hot work (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards. • Participate in monthly on‑call rotation. • Provide courteous service to associates and residents. • Follow key control, turnover, and emergency policies. • Handle chemicals safely using SDS and proper PPE.

What You Bring

Candidates must have 2‑3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on‑call rotations. Strong communication, knowledge of safety policies, chemical handling, PPE, and emergency systems is required. The ability to read and follow company policies and procedures is essential. • Possess 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills. • Hold a valid driver’s license. • Understand emergency system shutoffs and operations. • Know paint types and tools.
