What You Bring
The role is for an experienced Operations Support Centre Officer to join a small 24/7 Call Centre team in Walkley Heights, SA. The officer will liaise with the community, receiving and following through on customer and community concerns to resolution with a professional, can‑do approach. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment (including nights/weekends). • Flexible attitude with ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. • Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer‑focused approach. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑pressure setting with accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficient computer literacy and experience with MS Office and database systems.
