About the Role
In this role you will provide strategic and daily leadership for all maintenance operations, champion a safety‑first culture, and ensure compliance with all safety programs and standards. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing operational needs. Team development is a core focus, requiring you to coach, mentor, and grow maintenance personnel to enhance engagement and skill sets. Financial oversight includes managing budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining P&L accountability, while ensuring effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs, process improvements, and operational reliability. • Lead and manage all maintenance operations and day‑to‑day activities. • Champion a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with safety programs. • Build strong client relationships and address operational needs proactively. • Coach, mentor and develop maintenance team members. • Manage budgets, control costs and maintain P&L accountability. • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to drive reliability. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and company policies. • Track and report key performance indicators for continuous improvement.

What You Bring
The Maintenance Manager position is based in Greenfeld, IN, offered as a full‑time direct‑hire role with day shifts and on‑call responsibilities as needed. C&W Services seeks an experienced leader to oversee maintenance and facility support at the Obetz location, ideally someone hands‑on with strong preventative and predictive maintenance expertise in conveyor‑driven environments. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, engineering, management, or a related field, and has at least five years of maintenance management experience, especially supporting conveyor systems. Technical skills in robotic and automation maintenance are preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. • Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience, preferably with conveyor systems. • Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, engineering, management or related field. • Experience with robotic systems and automation maintenance is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
