About the Role
What You’ll Be Doing: Operate rail loadout systems to safely and accurately load railcars according to specifications. Monitor material flow, equipment performance, and product quality throughout the loadout process. Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance tasks, and housekeeping of loadout and rail areas. Communicate with train crews, dispatch, and plant personnel to coordinate safe and timely rail movements. Follow all safety procedures and respond effectively to changing conditions or equipment alerts. • Operate rail loadout systems to load railcars safely and accurately. • Monitor material flow, equipment performance, and product quality during loading. • Conduct routine inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping of loadout areas. • Coordinate with train crews, dispatch, and plant staff to ensure timely rail movements. • Adhere to safety procedures and respond to equipment alerts. • Safely operate industrial and automated equipment. • Maintain strong attention to detail for correct loading, weights, and documentation. • Work in environments with moving equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and high noise levels.

Strong attention to detail to ensure correct product loading, weights, and documentation. Commitment to safety practices, situational awareness, and standard operating procedures. Effective communication skills and teamwork approach in a fast‑paced operational setting. Ability to work in outdoor conditions and adapt to varying work demands. Conditions of Employment: Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA‑regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment: Role operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. • Demonstrate commitment to safety, situational awareness, and standard operating procedures. • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. • Adapt to outdoor conditions and varying work demands. • Complete pre‑employment physical, drug screening, and background check. • Subject to FMCSA‑regulated drug and alcohol testing where required.
