About the Role
As an Assistant Manager – Procurement you will lead the group‑level procurement function, overseeing the purchase of indirect materials such as engineering supplies, consumables, repair & maintenance, services and other OPEX expenses. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements while driving cost‑effective sourcing strategies. • Coordinate with stakeholders and other functions for timely procurement closure. • Ensure cost‑effective sourcing of OPEX categories including manpower, MEP consumables, HK items, stationery, and repair & maintenance. • Invite, analyze quotations and prepare techno‑commercial comparative statements. • Close ARC’s for consumables and R&M items; develop new vendors and negotiate low‑cost, high‑quality proposals. • Obtain approvals and maintain documentation for audit compliance. • Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure on‑time delivery. • Create monthly MIS reports and presentations for review.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5‑6 years of relevant experience. • Graduate; BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical preferred. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficient in Excel and presentations. • Ability to work independently; on‑site location in Hyderabad, 48 hours per week.
