About the Role
Join our dynamic Channel Sales team as a Senior Sales Manager, where you will lead and grow our distribution network of channel partners, system integrators, retailers, and resellers. You will be tasked with expanding market reach for APC and Luminous UPS, rack, and PDU products across assigned territories, while ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management. • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet business objectives • Manage relationships with channel partners, system integrators, retailers, and resellers • Drive growth for APC and Luminous UPS, rack, and PDU products in the assigned territory • Identify, onboard, and strengthen partnerships with new and existing partners • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and product positioning • Conduct training and enablement sessions to improve partner product knowledge and sales capabilities

What You Bring
• 5+ years of channel sales experience in IT/ITES or power solutions • Proven record of revenue generation through channel ecosystems • Strong knowledge of UPS systems, racks, PDUs, and related infrastructure • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders • BTech or MBA degree
