About the Role

You will participate in a structured onboarding program with dedicated mentors and explore HVAC, BMS, fire & security, digital solutions, and integrated building technologies. Understanding how these systems connect will enable you to deliver energy‑efficiency, sustainability, safety, and smart‑building outcomes. You will shadow sales engineers and managers during customer visits, solution walkthroughs, and project discussions, observing how technical concepts become customer value propositions. This provides first‑hand insight into industry operations and how Johnson Controls’ technologies address real business needs. Under guidance, you will prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions while understanding pricing frameworks, solution positioning, and JCI’s competitive differentiators. You will develop sales leads, perform market scans, and monitor competitor activities across product portfolios, gaining insight into solution selling within the building‑technology industry and JCI’s value creation for customers and the environment. • Rotate across HVAC, BMS, fire & security, and performance‑contracting portfolios. • Build technical expertise through structured onboarding and mentorship. • Shadow sales engineers and managers to translate technical concepts into customer value. • Collaborate with legal, procurement, project, and service teams to shape proposals. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions under guidance. • Participate in the full sales lifecycle from qualification to post‑sales support. • Conduct market scans, develop sales leads, and monitor competitor activities.
