The internship is based in West Monroe, LA, and you must be able to reliably commute to the office in accordance with our hybrid working policy. • Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Demonstrated interest via internships, volunteering or organization membership • Creative, methodical problem‑solving skills • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork • Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship not provided
