About the Role
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify applicants and conduct tours. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close leases. • Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with lease audits and unit turnover. • Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and maintain accurate traffic and leasing data. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and service requests. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with annual marketing plan outreach and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
