About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Security Manager for our Physical Security team in Hyderabad. The role will assist in managing and implementing comprehensive security measures to protect facilities, personnel and visitors, overseeing surveillance, access control, vendor and visitor management, material movement, training, incident response, executive protection and emergency preparedness. • Oversee installation, maintenance and operation of surveillance and access control systems. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with security protocols. • Supervise visitor registration, access control and material movement. • Develop and deliver security and safety training programs for staff. • Coordinate security escorts, parking security and lost‑and‑found procedures. • Lead incident response, executive protection planning and emergency drills. • Head the Emergency Response Team and conduct regular risk assessments. • Ensure compliance with regulations, prepare reports for senior management and manage the security budget.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice or a related field and has 6‑8 years of corporate physical security experience. Relevant certifications such as Basic Security Officer, Associate Protection Professional, Professional Certified Investigator, Certified Protection Professional or Physical Security Professional are highly desirable. Proficiency with security technologies, strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills, and knowledge of industry standards are required.
