Job Highlights
About the Role
• Operate diverse heavy equipment (haul trucks, bobcats, track‑hoes, motor grader, dozer, rollers, chipper truck, broom) to support base and grading crews. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑equipment inspections and complete required documentation. • Perform routine servicing and maintenance as directed by management. • Maintain high competency and proficiency while operating equipment. • Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental regulations for safe work practices. • Perform general labor and cleanup tasks as assigned. • Flexibly assist other areas or duties when requested by management. • Work collaboratively in a team environment and support co‑workers. • Accept overtime and extended hours as needed. • Provide valid I‑9 documentation.

What You Bring
