About the Role

The Facilities Manager acts as the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Sr. Facilities Manager and Account Leader in delivering quality services. The role coordinates tenant requirements, manages work assignments for technicians, vendors, and contractors, and oversees capital and expense budgets to meet client goals while reducing costs and increasing productivity. • Support Sr. Facilities Manager and Account Lead in implementing short‑ and long‑term client goals and projects. • Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce operating costs and boost productivity. • Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors, ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies. • Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels within the prescribed budget. • Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets, interfacing closely with client representatives. • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting accurately and on time per client record‑keeping policies. • Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. • Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS systems for reporting and operational tasks. • Develop and manage budgets, including capital improvement planning and forecasting. • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to KPI and performance measurement systems.

What You Bring

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management and at least five years of relevant industry experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and budgeting skills, as well as proficiency with MS Office and CMMS systems. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, experience with capital improvement planning, KPI development, and contractor management. • Demonstrate strong leadership and management of both technical and administrative staff.
