About the Role

• Lead design and production of general site civil works (layouts, grading, drainage, paving, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management). • Perform quantity calculations and prepare specifications and contract documents. • Conduct permitting and early project development activities such as site selection, due diligence, and planning. • Execute complex engineering assignments, applying judgment to modify standard techniques and procedures. • Serve as a technical expert, resolving high‑scope and complex problems. • Plan and develop projects with significant impact on major company programs. • Mentor, organize, and supervise a medium to large team of professionals and designers. • Prepare/review civil engineering scopes of work, budgets, and estimates for proposals.

What You Bring

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of civil/site design experience, a Professional Engineer license, and demonstrated project engineering and management skills, along with a commitment to our employee‑owned culture. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, and other civil engineering software. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. • Minimum 10 years of design experience managing civil/site projects. • Project engineering and project management experience.
