About the Role

• Align product and sales teams to achieve profitable, sustainable growth for low‑voltage drives. • Promote products and solutions to consultants, end users, OEMs, panel builders and EPCs, securing product line approvals. • Define product specifications and convert opportunities into sales. • Map and track end‑to‑end projects across consultants, EPCs, panel builders and OEMs. • Review tender specifications, select appropriate products and ensure technical compliance. • Apply consultative selling for large‑scale industrial sectors such as metal, power, water, cement, infrastructure, food & beverage, and chemicals. • Support front‑end sales in negotiations to win cases. • Provide pricing and technical expertise for low‑ and high‑power drives (415 V & 690 V). • Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop multi‑channel marketing plans with clear objectives. • Lead end‑to‑end execution of marketing programs, coordinating internal support and collaboration. • Analyze customer insights, market trends and best practices to shape successful strategies. • Produce analytics reports across platforms, extract insights and formulate recommendations for future campaigns and go‑to‑market tactics. • Manage projects, multitask and make decisions decisively. • Apply a metrics‑driven mindset while fostering creativity. • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools.

What You Bring

The company is seeking an experienced, versatile marketing manager who can develop and execute campaigns, inspire sales teams, and balance day‑to‑day activities with long‑term strategy under tight deadlines. • Possess process‑plant knowledge for complex applications with full VFD scope. • Demonstrate proven success in creating marketing plans and campaigns. • Communicate effectively in written and verbal form. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering (MBA in marketing optional). • Minimum 10 years experience in VFD sales or marketing, preferably with renowned VFD manufacturers. • Based in Chennai or Bengaluru.
